Primul Forum pe tema bunăstării psihologice și emoționale cu specialiști internaționali la Cluj-Napoca

Centrul Cultural Clujean, prin programul Spațiu Interior | Inner Space, organizează în 18 decembrie, la Facultatea de Știinte Politice, Administrative și ale Comunicării – Universitatea Babeș Bolyai (str. Minerilor, no 85, Sălile T1&T2), începând cu ora 10:30, primul Forum dedicat explorării conexiunilor dintre cultură și starea de bine, alături de experți din artă, medicină, psihologie și dezvoltare urbană, din țară și din străinătate. Cele mai recente studii arată importanța culturii și a activităților artistice pentru bunăstarea mentală și emoțională a celor care interacționează și participă la astfel de activități, iar împreună cu invitații de la eveniment vom explora acest subiect. Acest Forum propune un schimb de bune practici și idei între specialiști, pentru a aduce în atenția publică pericolele care ne afectează sănătatea mentală și emoțională și cum ne putem îmbunătăți calitatea vieții prin participarea la activități culturale.
